Thanks to its multiple head concept apsolute can fulfill with only one controller the most different marking needs on up to 4 different production lines - at different production speeds, with different ink types for non-porous and porous materials, with individual printed text management etc. This enables you to fulfill with only one controller up to four different applications:

Direct marking & coding of porous and non-porous surfaces made of plastic (e.g. PVC, polyethylene ...), aluminium and many other materials with fast drying alcohol inks. The drying time is < 2 seconds; additional drying devices are not required.

e.g. Direct coding & marking of timber floor boards and wood laths, of extruded tubes and profiles and many others

Marking of the primary packaing made of coated or varnished paper and carton, plastics, aluminium and many other materials thanks to special alcohol inks.

e.g. Marking of plastic bottles and cans, packaging film, coated carton in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry etc.

Coding of the secondary packaging made of porous (carton, paper...) and non-porous materials (e.g. coated and varnished cartons...) with water and alcohol based inks developed and manufactured by aps.
